Charlie Sheen was in dire need of help during a tumultuous time in his life — and, according to him, he didn’t get any from Tori Spelling.

As Star previously reported, the Spin City alum, 60, opened up about his harrowing 1998 near-fatal cocaine overdose in The Life of Sheen: A Memoir, explaining that, because it violated terms of his probation from a previous arrest, US Marshalls were heading to his home with a warrant.

At the time, he recalled, his lawyer encouraged him to relocate for the night while Sheen’s surrender was negotiated.

Explaining that his friend Kevin lived a few floors above him, Sheen hoped to stay with Kevin and his “high-profile” roommate, Tori Spelling. However, the former Two and a Half Men actor was informed by a confidant named Zip that he had already asked the pair — and the answer was no.

Despite the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 52, feeling “bad,” Sheen writes, Tori “viewed my situation as radioactive and didn’t wanna go anywhere near it.”

Though he understood her stance, Sheen mused that staying there temporarily could have led to quite the story “if the heir to daddy’s throne had said yes.” (Tori is the only daughter of the late Aaron Spelling.)

The next day, Sheen entered a court-ordered treatment in a rehab facility in Marina del Ray, where he toyed with the idea of planning to escape — until he realized he had nowhere else to run.

“To go where?” the Anger Management alum writes in the book. “Back to the condo, to wind up barricaded in a standoff with Tori Spelling as your hostage?”

The Book of Sheen will be available Tuesday, September 9.
