EXCLUSIVE: ABC is developing the new comedy All’s Fine, from David E. Kelley (Big Little Lies, The Undoing), Chrissy Teigen (Chrissy & Dave Dine Out, The Way Down), Matt Tinker (Big Little Lies), and Caroline Fox (Night Court, Unstable).
Set at a food truck park in Austin, Texas, All Day is a workplace comedy about a group of hardscrabble chefs just trying to survive the lunch rush, and a pair of very different sisters with the same ambition: to get their own restaurant, or at least a truck with A/C.
Fox will write and executive produce the project alongside Kelley and Matt Tinker through the former’s David E. Kelley Productions, and Teigan on behalf of Huntley Productions. Co-executive producers include Shelby Leshine for David E. Kelley Productions and Tracy Stevens for Huntley Productions. 20th Television is the studio.
Fox most recently was a producer on NBC’s Night Court revival’s third season. Before that, she served as co-producer on Netflix’s Unstable, which was created by and stars Rob Lowe, and executive story editor on Steven Levitan’s Hulu series Reboot. Additional credits include serving as a writer on Netflix’s Mulligan, as well as Outmatched and The Mick for Fox. Fox is repped by UTA and 3 Arts.
Teigen is a New York Times #1 bestselling cookbook author, TV personality, and the founder of food and lifestyle brand Cravings as well as film and television company Huntley Productions. Teigen previously cohosted and executive produced Chrissy & Dave Dine Out and executive produced the HBO Max documentary series The Way Down. She is repped by WME, 3Arts, and Del Shaw Moonves.
Kelley is repped by CAA and Gendler, Kelly & Cunningham.
Tinker is repped by CAA and Yorn Levine.
