FAYETTEVILLE — ESPN 5-star point guard Taylen Kinney is expected to begin an official visit to Arkansas on Wednesday.

On3.com’s Joe Tipton first reported the visit, which was confirmed by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. 

Kinney, 6-2 and 176 pounds, is playing his senior season with Overtime Elite, an eight-team league based in Atlanta. ESPN also rates him the No. 4 point guard and the No. 17 overall prospect in the nation for the 2026 class. 

He canceled two officials visits to Texas and Miami, a source confirmed to ZAGSBLOG.

Kinney plans to announce his college decision on Sept. 28. He recently officially visited Oregon, Kansas and Indiana. 

Kinney averaged 17.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.1 steals game while shooting 51.7% from the field for Wildcat Select on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit.
