While there has been no official word, reports suggest that discussions are underway. 123 Telugu has reported that Kantara Chapter 1 actor and director Rishab Shetty might make a cameo in Jr NTR’s Dragon. However, an official confirmation is still awaited. To note, Rukmini Vasanth will be seen in the lead role in Dragon.

As per a Hindustan Times report, the new project is “Prashanth Neel’s biggest and most ambitious project ever; even bigger than his pan-India blockbusters Salaar and KGF.” Sources indicate that Dragon is the type of movie Neel wanted to make right from the beginning of his career. The film brings the director back together with cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda and composer Ravi Basrur, both of whom played a crucial role in establishing the lavish visual and musical idiom of KGF. The female lead is said to be essayed by Rukmini Vasanth, adding another element of enthusiasm to the cast.
