YESTERDAY, THE EPA REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR JOINED LOCAL LEADERS AT THE LAKE LURE DAM AND MORSE PARK. OFFICIALS SAY WHILE PROGRESS TO REBUILD IS STEADY, THEY STILL NEED MORE TIME AND MORE FUNDING. IT WILL ALSO BE STREAMING ON VERY LOCAL COVERING GUILFORD COUNTY. NOW, GREENSBORO CITY COUNCIL MEMBER GOLDIE WELLS WILL HOST A TOWN HALL MEETING TONIGHT. THE COUNCILWOMAN WILL GIVE UPDATES ON FIVE MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND TALK ABOUT THE CREATION OF A HISTORIC MILL VILLAGE DISTRICT. THAT MEETING STARTS AT 630 AT THE BENNETT COLLEGE GLOBAL LEARNING CENTER LECTURE HALL. MUNICIPAL EARLY VOTING STARTS TODAY IN ASHEBORO AND GREENSBORO.
