● Inaugural Season: The inaugural NASCAR Euro Series season for Rette Jones Racing resumes this weekend after a brief fall break at the iconic Motorsport Arena Oschersleben in Oschersleben, Germany, as the team takes on the NASCAR GP Germany.

The challenging 3.696-kilometer, 14-turn circuit marks the next chapter in RJR’s European campaign, bringing American stock car racing to one of Germany’s premier motorsport venues.

Following another mixed outing at Autodrom Most in the Czech Republic in late August — where the team displayed strong pace but endured frustrating results—Rette Jones Racing (RJR) is aiming to rebound with solid performances in both the PRO and OPEN divisions across four scheduled races on the demanding 14-turn, 2.297-mile circuit.

Armed with valuable experience and key adjustments from their Central European appearance, RJR heads into the technical, high-speed Oschersleben layout with renewed focus and determination.

With driver development and competitiveness as central priorities, the team remains committed to showcasing speed, consistency, and progress as it continues building its international racing footprint. Both drivers are eager to capitalize on their growing Euro Series experience and deliver strong results on the challenging German course.

The team is focused and motivated to replicate the kind of speed and execution that highlighted its strong showing in the 2025 Euro Series opener at Circuit Ricardo Tormo in April.

● Good to Go Gil: Rette Jones Racing’s OPEN Division driver Gil Linster will continue his highly anticipated return to competition this weekend at the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series event at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben in Germany.

After competing at Autodromo di Vallelunga in May but being forced to retire early from both races due to illness—and subsequently sidelined at Brands Hatch in June — Linster made his return at Autodrom Most in the Czech Republic in late August.

Now fully healthy, he is back behind the wheel of the No. 30 Ford Mustang for the second consecutive Euro Series event, ready to tackle the demanding 2.297-mile German circuit.

Refocused and reenergized, Linster is determined to build on his comeback, close out the regular season on a high note, and carry momentum into the NASCAR Euro Series Playoffs.

With the goal of securing the strongest possible finish in the driver championship standings, the Luxembourg native is intent on making a charge in the weeks ahead.

● Driven as One: Rette Jones Racing continues its strong relationship and technical alliance with Hendriks Motorsport this weekend in Germany, as the American-based team navigates its inaugural season on the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series tour.

Hendriks Motorsport brings decades of experience, beginning with oval racing in the Netherlands and England before growing into a championship-caliber European racing program. Since joining the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series in 2018, Hendriks has established itself as one of the premier teams in the paddock.

With great passion and technical expertise, Hendriks consistently produces high-quality race cars that allow their drivers to compete at the highest level. The team’s record speaks for itself — four team championships and five driver championships in just a few short years — underscoring its place as a dominant force in the series.

By leveraging Hendriks Motorsport’s proven success and resources, Rette Jones Racing is strengthening its foundation and accelerating its growth in Europe, determined to build a competitive program capable of delivering results on the international stage.

● Welcome to the Playoffs: The 2025 NASCAR Euro Series Playoffs kick off at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben in Germany, setting the stage for a high-stakes battle for the European NASCAR crown.

With double points on offer over four races in two divisions, every position counts as the series moves into its decisive phase.

After the regular season, drivers dropped their worst result from the first eight races, the points standings are tight both in PRO and OPEN and the opening weekend of the Playoffs will be crucial.

16 drivers within 100 points – With double points on the line, the Playoffs opener at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben could mix up the standings ahead of the grand finale.

With this weekend serving as the penultimate stop on the calendar and the season finale ahead at the NASCAR GP Belgium in mid-October at the famed Circuit Zolder, both events will feature valuable double points opportunities in the championship fight.

● Czech Republic Autodrom Most Race Recap: In what was anticipated to be a strong weekend in the OPEN division, Rette Jones Racing celebrated the return of Gil Linster to competition at the Czech Republic’s Autodrom Most.

Linster showed speed throughout the weekend in his No. 30 Rette Jones Racing Euro Ford Mustang, qualifying fourth for the first race. However, mid-race challenges in the 13-lap event shuffled him back to an 11th-place finish.

For the second OPEN race, Linster lined up sixth based on the series’ metrics and again demonstrated top-five potential. Unfortunately, a late timed penalty relegated him to 17th at the checkered flag.

In the PRO division, teammate Liam Hezemans carried momentum early with impressive speed in practice. He backed it up with the eighth-fastest lap in qualifying and looked to charge forward in the opening 17-lap feature. A setback just four laps from the finish dropped him to 17th.

Hezemans rebounded strongly on Sunday, August 31, by starting third and remaining in contention throughout the 17-lap Czech Truck Prix 2025.

After a hard-fought run, he earned a well-deserved third-place podium finish.

Adding to his performance, Hezemans garnered attention by turning the fastest lap of the race on lap five with a time of 1:41.277 seconds.

Despite the challenges, both drivers delivered valuable data and experience, providing Rette Jones Racing with optimism and momentum as the team continues to build toward the NASCAR Euro Series Playoffs.

● Meet the Drivers: Hezemans, a native of Amsterdam, Netherlands, brings a strong résumé to the program as the 2022 EuroNASCAR 2 champion and a 10-time race winner in the series.

He is also the younger brother of Loris Hezemans, a two-time EuroNASCAR champion and former competitor in the NASCAR national series.

Linster, from Frisange, Luxembourg, will reunite with Hezemans for the 2025 season under the Rette Jones Racing banner.

A former Euro Series race winner, Linster gained international attention in February 2024 with an impressive top-10 finish in the ARCA Menards Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway, driving for Kimmel Racing.

● Get to Know Motorsport Arena Oschersleben: The Playoffs are set to begin for the 2025 NASCAR Euro Series, with the 3.667-kilometer Motorsport Arena Oschersleben hosting the opener on September 20-21. Known for its fast-paced, technical layout, the German circuit is a fan favorite for close racing, daring overtakes, and wheel-to-wheel battles.

With the regular season concluded, the stakes are higher than ever. Every position and every point will play a crucial role as the championship chase officially begins in Germany.

Both Oschersleben and the upcoming season finale at the NASCAR GP Belgium in mid-October will feature double points opportunities, adding even more intensity to the title fight.

Fifty-seven drivers representing 20 different countries are entered for the NASCAR GP Germany. The competitive field and narrow gaps among the championship contenders promise a dramatic start to the Playoffs.

Four exciting NASCAR sprint races across the weekend will deliver non-stop action as drivers battle for supremacy.

Fans at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben can expect more than just racing thrills. Grid walks provide a rare opportunity to step onto the track before the start and get close to the cars, while the open paddock offers unparalleled access to drivers and teams.

The event weekend will also feature interactive fan zones, live entertainment, and food and beverage options, making it an unforgettable experience for the entire family.

As the 2025 NASCAR Euro Series Playoffs begin, Oschersleben sets the stage for the ultimate test of speed, skill, and determination, with drivers from across Europe and beyond aiming to keep their championship hopes alive.

Located in Saxony-Anhalt, Motorsport Arena Oschersleben offers fans the chance to combine racing with sightseeing.

The nearby city of Magdeburg features the impressive Magdeburg Cathedral and scenic Elbe River, while Berlin — just a short trip away — provides iconic landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag Building.

Gil Linster Quoteboard:

On NASCAR Euro Series Return: “Coming back in the Czech Republic was an important step for me, and I’ve been working hard ever since to be fully prepared — physically and mentally — for this weekend at Oschersleben.

“I feel stronger than I did in my first race back, and I’m excited to get back in the No. 30 Rette Jones Racing Euro Ford Mustang.

“I’m thankful for all the support from Rette Jones Racing, Hendriks Motorsport and our partners. Now, my focus is on finishing the regular season strong and carrying momentum into the Playoffs.”

On Motorsport Arena Oschersleben: “Motorsport Arena Oschersleben is such a technical and challenging track — it really demands precision and focus every lap.

The layout offers good opportunities for close racing and overtakes, which makes it a lot of fun as a driver and exciting for the fans.

Starting the Playoffs here adds even more intensity, and I’m motivated to deliver a strong performance for Rette Jones Racing and build momentum for the championship fight.”

On NASCAR Euro Series Playoffs: “It means a lot to be part of the NASCAR Euro Series Playoffs, especially after the challenges earlier this year.

“Being 15th in the championship right now gives us plenty of work to do, but with four races left over the next two weekends, there’s a real opportunity to climb the standings.

“The goal is to stay consistent, maximize every point, and give ourselves the best possible finish to the season.”

On Goals for Remainder of 2025 NASCAR Euro Series Season: “My goals for the rest of the 2025 season are clear — I want to give everything I have behind the wheel and see how far we can climb.

“The Playoffs offering double points keeps the championship within reach, even if it’s going to be a rugged mountain to climb. That challenge only makes me more determined to push harder, stay focused and make the most of every opportunity.

“With the support of Rette Jones Racing, Hendriks Motorsport and Ford, I truly believe we can finish the year strong — and it would be incredible to put them all in Victory Lane before the season ends.”

On Rette Jones Racing Partnership: “I’m really proud to continue my journey in the NASCAR Euro Series with Rette Jones Racing. This opportunity means a lot, especially having the support of an American team with such a strong reputation.

“Racing at Daytona last year was a massive moment for me in my Motorsports career, and I’m looking forward to building on the relationships I formed in the United States as I continue to grow as a driver.

“I’m confident this partnership will help me take another step forward in my career.”

Liam Hezemans Quoteboard:

On Motorsport Arena Oschersleben: “I’m really looking forward to getting back to Oschersleben. It’s a track where I’ve been strong in the past — we had a fourth-place finish and the fastest lap last year, and were quick the year before too. That gives me a lot of confidence heading into this weekend, with the support of Rette Jones Racing and Ford Racing.

“I know we can build on that history and fight for big Playoff points. Every result matters at this stage, and I’m determined to turn our speed into the kind of finishes that keep us in the hunt.”

On the Czech Republic Autodrom Most Performance: “Autodrom Most was a real mix of emotions for me. In Race 1, I felt like we had the speed to contend, but misfortune late in the race kept us from showing our full potential.

“The team and I regrouped quickly, and Race 2 was the kind of rebound we needed—grabbing a podium finish and setting the fastest lap showed the strength of our Mustang and the effort everyone at Rette Jones Racing and Hendrix Motorsport put in.

“It’s a result that gives us momentum and confidence as we keep pushing in the Playoffs.”

On NASCAR Euro Series Playoffs: “Reaching the Playoffs is where the real fight begins, and I’m excited to be right in the middle of it.

“Sitting seventh in the standings and only 51 points from the lead means everything is still on the table. With double points on the line, every lap and every decision matters even more.

“I know the competition will be fierce, but with Rette Jones Racing, Hendriks Motorsport and the support from Ford Racing behind me, I’m confident we can close the gap and put ourselves in position to challenge for the championship.”

On Goals for Remainder of 2025 NASCAR Euro Series Season: “As we head into the Playoffs and the final stretch of the season, my focus is clear — I want to get this No. 30 Rette Jones Racing Ford Mustang into Victory Lane and make a real statement when it matters most.

“We’ve shown flashes of speed and potential all year, but the Playoffs are about delivering under pressure, and every point carries even more weight with double points on the line.

“With the support of Rette Jones Racing, Hendriks Motorsport and our partners, I believe we have everything we need to compete at the highest level. The goal is to be consistent, capitalize on every opportunity, and fight to finish the season as strong as possible.”

On Rette Jones Racing Partnership: “I’m really excited to join Rette Jones Racing for the 2025 season. Having the opportunity to represent an American team in the NASCAR Euro Series is a big step for me, and I’m proud to be part of this new chapter.”
