HUSTISFORD, Wis. (WKOW) — The National Weather Service in Milwaukee has released information on two tornadoes from Wednesday’s storms in southern Wisconsin.
An EF0 tornado touched down southwest of Hustisford.
That tornado, with estimated winds of 70 mph, began near the intersection of County Road E and West Hillcrest Road at 3:22 p.m., according to an NWS storm survey. It ended near Grey Road and Wildcat Road northeast of Hustisford by 3:36 p.m.
Another EF0 tornado briefly touched down near Beaver Dam with winds reaching about 65 mph during the event.
The tornado was reported at 2:59 p.m., affecting corn fields and tree lines near Buckhorn Road and Breezy Point Road.
The NWS is continuing to survey areas where tornadoes were reported during Wednesday’s storms. Additional reports are anticipated to be released Thursday.
