The designs highlight Magneto, Namor, Cyclops, and the Fantastic Four in updated suits closely matching their comic book origins. SFX/Makeup artist Gi Ponci Mua shared the images as part of crew gifts, offering the first look at the full ensemble.

One fan highlighted the new design for Magneto, stating, “This is the Magneto glow-up we deserved.” Another reacted to Thor’s shorter hairstyle in Avengers: Doomsday, writing, “Short hair ?? Whoaaaaaaaaaaaa.” The changes align with his Infinity War look, now adapted for the upcoming installment.

Namor’s redesign also drew attention. A post read, “Namor will seemingly have a much more comic accurate appearance in Doomsday,” describing images of the character in a black-and-gold suit with a muscular build, water effects, and a bearded look in a secondary image.

The Fantastic Four’s costumes generated further buzz, with one comment stating, “SO glad the Fantastic Four are keeping their costumes, just with the addition of a jacket. I love that Reed’s looks like a lab coat.” Shared illustrations depicted Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm, and Johnny Storm in blue-and-white uniforms with jackets.

Cyclops’ appearance prompted widespread response as well. A fan wrote, “WE GETTING COMIC ACCURATE CYCLOPS,” alongside artwork showing the hero in his blue-and-yellow costume with a visor mask. Other posts expressed excitement over the overall lineup, calling the reveal an “Absolute BANGER.”

The promo art confirms the presence of Doctor Doom, Magneto, Cyclops, Namor, and the Fantastic Four alongside Thor and additional Marvel heroes. The film, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, wrapped filming earlier this week.

Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled for release on December 18, 2026, with Avengers: Secret Wars following on December 17, 2027.
