A jury in a Fort Pierce federal courthouse has reached a verdict in a case involving a man accused of attempting to assassinate Donald Trump.Ryan Wesley Routh was found guilty Tuesday of attempting to assassinate a major presidential candidate, assaulting a federal officer, possessing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number.After closing arguments on Tuesday, the jury received the case for deliberation around noon.The jury came to a decision after around two hours, 20 minutes of deliberation.ABC News reported Routh was forcibly removed from the courtroom following the verdict after what Judge Aileen Cannon described as “outburst” from him.Four armed marshals surrounded Routh, who appeared to stand once the jury left the courtroom.
