Nicolas Cage threw Lisa Marie Presley’s $65,000 engagement ring into the ocean during one of the former couple’s massive blowouts on his yacht.
Priscilla Presley detailed the incident — and the tumultuous relationship — between her daughter and the actor in her explosive new memoir, “Softly, As I Leave You: Live After Elvis.”
The 80-year-old gushed over the “stunning … six-carat, $65,000 diamond ring” Cage, 61, proposed with.

“One afternoon, they went sailing off the coast of Catalina Island on Nick’s yacht, the Weston,” Priscilla alleged in the book, which came out Tuesday. “Something set off another of their epic fights, and Lisa pulled off her engagement ring and threw it at Nick.
“Furious, Nick threw the ring overboard,” the actress claimed, noting that Cage had divers search the area — to no avail.
“As far as I know, the ring is still there,” Priscilla wrote.

She went on to write that the Oscar winner presented Lisa Marie with “an even bigger diamond (ten carats), and they got engaged all over again.”
Cage’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The “National Treasure” star and Lisa Marie’s on-again, off-again romance began in 2000, and they got married two years later.

The duo called it quits within the year, finalizing their divorce in 2004.
The union was Lisa Marie’s third, as she had previously wed Danny Keough, with whom she welcomed late son Benjamin and daughter Riley, and Michael Jackson.
Priscilla also divulged details about her daughter’s marriage to Jackson in her memoir, writing that she was “appalled” by the “bizarre” relationship.
She referred to the “Thriller” hitmaker as a “manipulative man” and claimed, “I think he had his sights set on her long before she realized it. … I knew in my bones that Michael wasn’t marrying Lisa Marie; he was marrying the Presley dynasty.”

After their divorce, Lisa Marie moved on with musician Michael Lockwood.
The pair welcomed twin daughters Harper and Finley, now 16, before divorcing in 2021.
Lockwood was granted full custody of the girls after Lisa Marie died in January 2023 after suffering a cardiac arrest. She was 54.
As for Cage’s love life, the Golden Globe winner’s first wife was Patricia Arquette, followed by Lisa Marie, Alice Kim and Erika Koike.

He has been married to Riko Shibata, with whom he shares a 3-year-old daughter named August, since February 2021.
When Lisa Marie died, Cage told the Hollywood Reporter how “heartbroken” he felt.
“Lisa had the greatest laugh of anyone I ever met,” he gushed to the outlet, recalling how she “lit up every room.”
