ROBINSON, Texas (KWTX) – The Robinson Police Department announced it has received several reports of sick raccoons in the 700 to 800 block of S. Robinson Drive.
“These animals have been safely collected and sent off for testing to determine the cause of illness,” the police department wrote in a social media post.
Do not approach any raccoons that appear sick, disoriented, or are acting unusually tame or aggressive.
Police also urge homeowners to keep pets away from any wild animals.

The department said it will provide updates as soon as it receives the results from the testing.
