Boy Band vs WNBA - Phoenix Mercury fans troll Jonas Brothers after they reschedule tour dates due to game against Minnesota LynxJonas Brothers – Phoenix Mercury (Image via X) The Jonas Brothers were set to play at the PHX Arena in Phoenix on the night of September 28, Sunday. Unfortunately, the date coincided with Game 4 of the WNBA Playoffs semifinals. Which means, the PHX Arena got double booked on a day the home arena for the Phoenix Mercury is set to host the Minnesota Lynx. While the boy band took it graciously and have postponed their concert dates, WNBA fans have taken it upon themselves to troll the fans of the band as well as the band itself.

The Jonas Brothers reschedule tour dates

The Jonas Brothers were very nice in accepting the fact that their tour dates would have to be reshuffled a little to accommodate the ongoing WNBA Playoffs Semifinals. Currently, the Phoenix Mercury and the Minnesota Lynx are tied at 1-1, so the round will proceed with all 5 games being played. And thus, Game 4, which is scheduled for September 28, takes precedence over the concert. The Jonas Brothers took to their social media to inform fans about the change in plans. The band will now be performing on Monday, September 29th instead, a day later than initially planned, but at the same place. They also congratulated the Mercury on their “big playoff game win!” which led to the game being tied.

WNBA fans troll The Jonas Brothers

Ever since the news was made public that the Jonas Brothers were rescheduling their dates to accommodate the ongoing WNBA series, many fans on the social media have taken to teasing and trolling the boy band, its members, and the fans. A fan was seen asking Nick Jonas, who is 5’ 6″ to score against Mercury player Alyssa Thomas, who stands at a height of 6′ 2″ to get their tour dates back. Even Mercury forward Kathryn Westbeld commented on the matter, writing, “little ole me would be screaming to find out the Jonas Brothers are moving their concert for my game” on her Instagram Story. Most fans though are having fun watching this ongoing online beef between the fans of the band and the fans of the WNBA.Also Read: Paige Bueckers gets heartwarming praise from Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade, says Dallas Wings rookie is “winning in life”
