A man in the area saw Bechand walking down Rt. 86, known as “Easy Street,” around 7:30 this morning. Bechand was wearing camouflage and carrying a duffle bag.

About five minutes after he called it in, the man saw police cars drive past his home. Police later called him to confirm they had apprehended Bechand.
