Two Big Ten powers battle on Saturday as No. 3 Penn State welcomes No. 6 Oregon in the biggest game of the weekend at Beaver Stadium in State College, Pennsylvania. The Nittany Lions hope to snap a 14-game losing streak against AP top six opponents, dating back nearly a decade. 

The Ducks sit as the reigning Big Ten champions and have run through the early part of their schedule despite flipping much of the roster. Quarterback Dante Moore has been a game-changer, ranking top 10 nationally in passer rating, yards per attempt and passer rating. Oregon has won every game by at least 20 points. 

The winner of this game rises to the top of the Big Ten title discussion and perhaps takes over as the national title favorite. However, the Nittany Lions will have to overcome a dubious streak of 14 straight losses against AP top six opponents. They also have won six straight during their annual White Out game.
