PennDOT said a portion of northbound Route 28 has reopened following a reported crash.

Officials said the northbound lanes between the Millvale (Exit 3B) and Etna (Exit 4) interchanges were closed to traffic as a result of the incident.

Both lanes reopened to traffic just before 5 p.m. Officials say drivers should expect delays.
