Eric Trump thinks his little brother, Barron Trump, could have been the life of the party if he didn’t choose to go to college at New York University.
Asked about reports that his 19-year-old brother reserved an entire floor of his father’s Trump Tower for a romantic date, the middle Trump brother joked about how his thoughts would have been elsewhere when he was a college kid.
“Shutting down a floor of Trump Tower is like PG-13 versus where my mind would have been at his age in terms of the dating scene,” he laughed during a live taping of the “PBD Podcast” posted to YouTube Friday.
Pressed to share if he’s given his little brother any girl advice, the middle Trump brother smirked and said, “Oh, God, you don’t want to know the dating advice I gave Barron,” while also making sure to tell everyone how Barron is quite mature for his age.
As the group of podcast guests goaded Eric Trump for more details, the businessman chuckled as he shook his head and said, “I’m gonna get myself in so much trouble.”
Eric Trump laughed when asked if he’d given his little brother, Barron Trump, seen here at his father’s second inauguration back in January, any dating advice.

Eric Trump, who graduated from Georgetown University in 2006, did admit he told his little brother that he should have picked a school with a party-hearty reputation like Florida State University or University of Arizona if he “really” wanted to “have fun” at college.
A sophomore at New York University’s Stern School of Business, Barron Trump is currently staying close to his parents while taking classes at NYU’s satellite campus in Washington, D.C.
“PBD Podcast” co-host Adam Sosnick said if the 6-foot-7 undergrad enrolled at a more frat-happy school he could have been like “Van Wilder on steroids,” referring to the debaucherous title character from National Lampoon’s 2002 college romp.
While the idea certainly amused Eric Trump, he made sure to say, “Joking aside, Barron’s a great kid. His head’s clearly on his shoulders and he’s a good man, I’m proud of him.”

According to insiders, Barron Trump is having no trouble making female friends at NYU. Last December a source told People magazine, “He’s really popular with the ladies. He’s tall and handsome. A lot of people seem to think he’s pretty attractive.”
