Philadelphia Museum of Art officially changes name to Philadelphia Art Museum, unveils new logo
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — One of the most iconic landmarks in Philadelphia now has a new name.
The Philadelphia Museum of Art is now officially called the Philadelphia Art Museum.
Most people in Philadelphia already call it that, but the new name change was made official on Wednesday.
Officials also unveiled the museum’s new logo, which is now on display across a banner at the top of its famous steps.
