The first residents soon will have a chance to purchase lots in a master-planned community coming to northwest Harrisburg.
Allura will be located at the gateway between Sioux Falls and Harrisburg on 300 acres in the Harrisburg city limits along a mile of Louise Avenue between Highway 106 and 272nd Street.
“We’ve made a lot of progress preparing the development for homebuilding and are looking forward to offering our first lots on Oct. 15,” said developer Kyle Kelly of Kelly Construction.
“There’s been continued excitement and interest in this area, so we encourage prospective residents to connect early and ensure their choice of lots.”
VIPs will have the first opportunity to purchase lots during a launch event Oct. 15. Join the VIP list here for all the details.
“Demand already is strong, and we anticipate it will grow,” Kelly said.
Future residents at Allura will live within a mile of two Harrisburg School District elementary schools and one middle school and will be adjacent to Bakker Crossing Golf Course.
“This is an ideal location for homeowners,” said listing agent Rob Kurtenbach of Bender Realtors. “It’s within 1 mile from the future Veterans Parkway, 2 miles from I-29 and 3 miles from I-229, so no matter where you work or want to travel, it’s convenient, while you enjoy an outstanding school district and neighborhood amenities.”
As a thoughtfully planned neighborhood, Allura will offer parks, trails and community spaces designed to enhance everyday living.
“It’s our vision to create a premier destination for families and individuals seeking quality, comfort and connection in one of the region’s most desirable new communities,” Kelly said.
“We’re excited to get started and meet our first residents.”
