ESPN will be taking ‘College GameDay’ to one of the best environments in college football this weekend as they head to Eugene, Oregon for the top ten clash between the number three ranked Ducks and No. 7 Indiana.
Fittingly, one of Oregon’s greatest ever basketball players will once again join the GameDay crew as the guest picker.

On Saturday, WNBA and New York Liberty star Sabrina Ionescu will be returning to her old college stomping grounds in Eugene where her stellar play on the hardwood across four seasons cemented her status as an Oregon and college basketball legend.

The Liberty drafted Ionescu with the first overall pick in 2020 and she has since established herself as one of the best players in the league, making the WNBA All Star team on four occasions while also winning a championship with New York in 2024.
One of the strengths of Ionescu’s game throughout her college and pro career has been her ability to make the right reads and the right play, and she’ll get a chance to see if she can make the right picks for Saturday’s slate of college football action.
Ionescu was previously a guest picker on GameDay in 2022 and on that occasion, the Ducks would emerge victorious over UCLA. The Oregon faithful will definitely be hoping that a similar result will come to fruition this time around against the Hoosiers.
