According to an arrest citation from the London Police Department, officers were called to I-75 around 6 p.m. Sunday for a suspicious person complaint.

When officers arrived, they say 31-year-old Enoch Tolbert of Clayton, Del., better known by his stage name Armani White, was running across the southbound lanes of I-75, forcing cars to slow down. Police said he then jumped onto the middle concrete barrier wall and began to dance.

The citation says dispatchers received multiple calls about Tolbert being in the roadway.

When questioned, police said Tolbert told them he had pulled over on I-75 to shoot a video.

Tolbert was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and stopping, standing, or parking on a limited-access highway.

Tolbert was booked into and later released from the Laurel County Correctional Center.

According to CourtNet records, Tolbert is described as a professional rapper, and the jail instructed him to call and schedule a court date following his release.

This is a developing story.
