It looks like the Black Sabbath-led “Back To The Beginning” music festival, an event which saw dozens of high profile bands ranging from Pantera, Mastodon, Gojira, and more unite to honor frontman Ozzy Osbourne’s life, and which turned out to be his final performance ever, might be returning.

The event, which raised millions of dollars for charity, had Osbourne reunite with his Black Sabbath bandmates, and served as a way to unite the world of heavy music, a fitting send-off.

The Mirror have reported that an application to trademark the gig in the US has been filed, registering it under “entertainment services in the nature of live musical performance.” The legal firm that filed it, Monowise Ltd, also seeks to protect merchandise. Similar paperwork is expected to be filed in the UK.

While it is unclear what this entails, the most likely possibility is some sort of annual memorial event taking place with a similar goal of having a bunch of bands come together to raise money for charity in honor of Osbourne’s legacy.
