Are you ready for an absolute dose of cuteness that will totally brighten your day and make you go “Awww?!” Just wait until you meet little Jet, a resident baby elephant at the St. Louis Zoo. You won’t be able to resist him!

As you’ll see in the following TikTok clip, Jet is feeling a bit on the sleepy side, and visitors to the zoo just can’t get enough of his tired little flop onto the dirt below him.

Warning: this will make anyone fall head-over-heels in love.

Oh my goodness! Could he possibly be any sweeter? It’s no wonder the crowd of visitors went wild for this sweet guy.

One viewer said, “Little baby said it’s my nap time 🥰,” and another added, “Take a break, little angel.”

Someone else who loved the clip said, “The way lays down bc he’s tired… 🥰”

The creator of this video noted in the comments that he regularly posts videos of Jet. When someone inquired about what zoo he lives at, the creator said, “St. Louis. One of the best in the nation. Careful, as Jet is addictive 😊”

More About Elephant Calf Jet

Jet is an Asian elephant, and he was born on November 23, 2024. Believe it or not, he was the first Asian elephant baby born through artificial insemination.

The zoo regularly shares updates on this precious little boy on their YouTube channel. In one adorable clip, he got a case of the zoomies, which is too cute to resist!

The zoo noted, “In his first months of life, Jet has been a quick learner with a spunky personality. He is expected to make his public debut later this spring once he’s fully acclimated to the habitats in River’s Edge.”

Another video shows him learning to drink with his trunk, which is bound to give anyone the feels.

The footage was taken when Jet was just 3 weeks old, and the zoo explained:

“Jet is now 3 weeks old! Mom Jade is still nursing Jet, but he is learning how to drink water using his trunk! You can even see him (and hear him) blowing bubbles with his trunk! Unlike a straw, elephants will take the water from their trunks and squirt it into their mouths. Jade and Jet are bonding well in a private area of the Zoo. He will make his debut in the outside habitats once he is older, and weather allows.”

Now that he has made his debut? Clearly, zoo guests just can’t get enough — and neither can we! We can’t wait to follow along with his journey as he grows up.
