Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has launched the “Dubai Startup Guide”, a new publication designed to help entrepreneurs establish and expand digital businesses in the emirate.
The comprehensive guide serves as a roadmap for founders and innovators, detailing how to navigate Dubai’s advanced business ecosystem and access the tools, funding, and regulatory support needed to launch and scale digital enterprises.
The Dubai Startup Guide provides an in-depth overview of the emirate’s startup landscape, covering everything from legal requirements and setup options to financing opportunities and sector-specific incentives.

It also outlines procedures for establishing businesses across 12 key sectors, including:

Each section highlights the specialised free zones, accelerators, and support organisations that operate within those fields.
The launch complements the recent opening of the Dubai Founders HQ, a first-of-its-kind hub that combines a physical campus with a digital platform connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem partners.
The initiative aims to accelerate innovation, collaboration, and business growth across the startup community.
Developed as a practical and user-friendly reference, the guide enables entrepreneurs to make informed decisions, leverage Dubai’s competitive advantages, and access targeted support. It also features insights, resources, and recommendations to help startups launch or scale operations efficiently.
