Welcome, friends, to the debut of the Patriotic Screagle. Have you gotten your new jersey yet?

The Washington Capitals will look to extend their current winning streak to four as they take on the Minnesota Wild at Capital One Arena. The Capitals will wear their new red, white, and blue Screaming Eagle third jerseys and pair them with red buckets.

The Capitals will again be without Pierre-Luc Dubois, who is nursing an injury. Declan Chisholm will jump back into the lineup and get an opportunity to play against his former team, replacing Trevor van Riemsdyk on the third pairing. Logan Thompson will get the start in goal and oppose Filip Gustavsson for the Wild.

Puck drop for Capitals-Wild is at 7:00 pm on Monumental Sports Network. Joe Beninati and Craig Laughlin will have the call on MNST. A link for what’s left of the Capitals new third jerseys can be found here.
