Paige Bueckers has taken the WNBA by storm in her rookie season. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 draft, Bueckers has spent her first year breaking records. Her skill level is undeniable, and she has quickly become one of the most prominent faces of Dallas sports. It would seem, though, that her talent isn’t just limited to basketball.
Bueckers was in attendance on Sunday as the Dallas Cowboys took on the Washington Commanders at AT&T Stadium. Despite a choppy start to the NFL season, the Cowboys picked up an impressive win. And Bueckers found a way to impress fans, too, with a clip of her throwing the football from the stands, which went viral on social media.

Bueckers was playing with some children, seemingly after the game. And while it wasn’t serious, she was seen casually tossing the ball for 20 yards. Needless to say, fans were in awe, and their reactions to the video conveyed that perfectly.
“Well, I’m convinced, KOC and Kwesi need to sign her immediately,” one fan wrote. “Bum a** Dolphins should call her. already makes better plays than Tua,” claimed a second fan.

“There’s like 10 teams in the league who don’t have a QB who can throw a football better than her,” chimed in another.

“Some NFL team owner, somewhere, is about to push for some new rules after watching this,” said a fourth fan. “She wasn’t lying when she said God knew to make her a woman because she woulda been a nasty football player,” wrote a fifth.
Bueckers is right where she should be, in the WNBA. Her basketball skills are truly phenomenal, and fans will be excited to see them for decades to come. Clips like this will only make her a bigger fan-favorite in Dallas, though. And with a WNBA lockout having become a serious possibility, it doesn’t hurt to showcase other talents.
