Caruth will race the car part-time next year, the team announced Tuesday. He is the third driver named to JRM’s Xfinity Series lineup for 2026. JRM previously announced Carson Kvapil and Connor Zilisch will drive the team’s No. 1 car.
Caruth currently races full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. At the time of JRM naming him to the No. 88 car for 2026, Caruth sits second in points and is 14 points above the cutline heading to the final race before the Championship 4. He has a win at Nashville Superspeedway this season and a win at Las Vegas Motor Speedway last season.
Caruth also has 22 Xfinity starts under his belt. His best finish was 12th two years in a row in the fall Martinsville Speedway race in 2022 and 2023.
It’s unclear if there are any Truck starts planned for Caruth in 2026.
