An Atlantic City man pleaded guilty to burglarizing a vehicle parked in an casino garage this summer.

Jomar Saez, 30, was arrested two days after police were called to the Tropicana parking garage in reference to a break-in, according to the charges.

The victims said items were missing from the trunk, including a zebra-print suitcase containing more than $500 worth of cosmetics.

Surveillance video showed Saez walking away from the area holding the suitcase. He was arrested in the area of South Chelsea and Pacific avenues.

Saez faces three years in prison under the plea agreement, with no mandatory minimum.

He was released Wednesday, after being jailed since July 13. His sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 27.
