CLEVELAND, Ohio – After I was done with my interview with Kenny Atkinson for a story earlier in the week, the Cavs coach told me how he is expecting “a bumpy start.”
Atkinson admitted he was still trying to figure out “combinations” when it comes to what players fit best together. He also was aware that the Cavs open in New York, where the Knicks defense can make a lot of teams look ragged.
