THEY DID LIKE IN FLY RIGHT OVER THE INTERSECTION OF 119TH AND SOONER. YOU CAN SEE THEY TOOK OUT ONE OF THE STOP SIGNS THERE AND TOOK IT WITH THEM TO THE CRASH. THEY ALSO TOOK OUT SOME OF THE POWER LINES. THAT’S WHAT SPARKED A FIRE. BUT THE PILOTS WERE ABLE TO SEE THEM ON THE GROUND. THEY ARE OKAY. INVESTIGATION IS UNDER WAY UNDERWAY HERE AT 119TH AND SOONER. IF YOU DO TRAVEL THROUGH THIS AREA AND YOU USE 119TH, YOU’RE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET THROUGH THERE. GOING EASTBOUND FROM SOONER. A National Guard aircraft was involved in a crash in a southeast Oklahoma City field, prompting several emergency crews to respond.

The crash happened near Southeast 119th and Sooner Place.

KOCO 5 crews at the scene showed a downed and damaged aircraft as well as scorched grass and a damaged power pole nearby. A stop sign could also be seen stuck against a wing.

Oklahoma City Fire Department officials told KOCO 5 that they believe the aircraft hit the power pole, which caused the grass fire.

Authorities said two pilots were on board, and both are alive. No injuries have been reported.
