First responders were called to the scene of a child who went underwater in Pierce Township on Thursday afternoon.According to Clermont County Dispatch, the call came in around 4:07 p.m. in the 3200 block of State Route 132.According to Pierce Township police chief Paul Broxterman, the 4-year-old child was rushed to the hospital and is in the intensive care unit.Police said the incident happened in an above ground pool near the house.
