BREAKING: Heavy police presence in downtown Temple

Neighbors say they heard gunfire before police and first responders flooded S. 25th Street near the railroad tracks.

TEMPLE, Texas — Police and first responders are on the scene at S. 25th St in Temple at the railroad tracks.
