Despite ample expectations, Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark’s 2025 season ended in disappointment. Clark’s sophomore WNBA campaign ended with a groin injury, sidelining her as the regular season drew to a close. And while the Fever proved their mettle during the playoffs, Clark wasn’t there to help out on the court.

However, despite a turbulent season, Clark is making the most of her offseason.

Indiana Fever Star Caitlin Clark and Teammates Go Viral For Offseason Event

This month, Clark attended an event for Lilly, a company described as “a medicine company turning science into healing for people around the world.”

Clark has, interestingly, partnered with the company.

“My partnership with Lilly is incredibly meaningful to me — not just because we both call Indiana home, but because we share a deep commitment to helping people live healthier lives,” Clark said when speaking about their collaboration.

Of course, the 23-year-old attended their recent event.

The highlight for many fans, though, was her posing with teammates Aari McDonald and Kelsey Mitchell. Clark, dressed in a Fever t-shirt, smiled as she posed with her friends, making it an iconic offseason outing for the WNBA stars.

Fans are already hyped about the trio, convinced that Clark, McDonald, and Mitchell will win them a championship in 2026.

“I told y’all.. this is our guard trio that’s gonna win us the Chip next year..🔥🔥🔥,” one excited fan wrote on Twitter.

Others seemed worried about McDonald leaving, especially after she was hired as an emergency player after Clark’s injury.

“You know you not going nowhere right [McDonald]?” another concerned fan asked.

Some, though, seemed happy with the fact that Mitchell might not leave anytime soon: “I don’t think KM is going anywhere.”

McDonald was also sidelined with a right foot injury, leaving Mitchell to be the only one active during the postseason.

People Want Clark to Bring Home a WNBA Title For Indiana

That being said, the overall focus remained on the team’s off-court chemistry and whether it would ultimately translate into a title next season. After all, players like Clark and Mitchell often call for an iconic season, raising hopes for a final victory.

Clark, even before her draft, was dubbed the most popular WNBA player by many. And while the 2-time WNBA star has broken all limits of popularity for herself and the league, her road to success hasn’t been easy.

Naturally, one can expect her to bounce back next season, probably doing better than the 2025 campaign.
