KEENE, N.H. —
Firefighters from several communities responded to the scene of a four-alarm fire in Keene on Thursday morning.
The call for service came in around 8:15 a.m. for a fire burning at a home on Elliot Street.

Firefighters called a mayday after being trapped inside the building for a time. They did get out of the building and are accounted for.
Multiple firefighters were transported from the scene to Cheshire Medical Center. WMUR is working to learn more about nature of their injuries.
The first-arriving firefighters reported heavy flames coming from the home.
