Caitlin Clark is quietly enjoying the WNBA offseason after enduring an injury-filled second season. Clark attended Butler’s game on Wednesday with the Indiana Fever’s latest signing: player development coach Rob Dosier. They were in the stands as the Bulldogs defeated the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles.

In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Butler Basketball Guru shared a snapshot of Clark in the audience for Wednesday’s game at the Hinkle Fieldhouse. The Fever superstar has been a regular at Butler home games because her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, is an assistant coach.

Alongside Clark in the stands was Dosier, the Fever’s new player development coach tasked with preventing more injuries to the All-Star guard. He’s set to work with fellow player development coach Keith Dosier next season.

The Indiana Fever announced Rob Dosier’s hiring earlier this week. Dosier previously worked for the Washington Wizards in the NBA and their G League affiliate, the Capital City Go-Go. He was also an assistant coach with the Indiana Mad Ants, which was the Pacers’ G League affiliate.

Dosier began his coaching career as a graduate assistant for Southern Illinois University. He’s known for being a defensive-minded coach and has experience working with NBA stars like Kevin Durant, Jayson Tatum, Joel Embiid and Bradley Beal under famous trainer Drew Hanlen.

Caitlin Clark‘s second season was filled with muscle-related injuries, which limited her to just 13 games out of a 44-game campaign. She was set to return toward the end of the regular season, but she suffered a sprained ankle while recovering from her second groin strain.

One of Caitlin Clark’s passions outside basketball is golf. She’s set to participate in The ANNIKA pro-am golf tournament for the second year in a row. It will be held from Nov. 13 to 16, 2025, in Belleair, Florida.

Clark won’t be alone this year since she’ll be accompanied by two of her Indiana Fever teammates. It was announced earlier this week that Lexie Hull and Sophie Cunningham are going to be Clark’s caddies for the tournament. Hull and Cunningham seem excited about the opportunity since they shared it on social media.

It’s going to be a very interesting offseason for the Fever. Hull and Cunningham are set to be free agents, while Clark is still under contract. The WNBA and the union are still negotiating a new CBA, so a lockout is also a possibility.
