Police are investigating a shooting in Cincinnati’s West End neighborhood on Friday afternoon that left a man dead.The shooting happened around 2:30 p.m. on Poplar Street, near Central Avenue.According to the Cincinnati Police Department, officers were called to the area for a report of gunshots and later received another call for a man who had been shot in the face.Arriving officers found Dontonyio Spruill, 37, suffering from a gunshot wound.
