College football fans have already been treated to some heart-pounding action on Saturday, and things are about to get ever better with No. 4 Alabama (7-1) playing host to conference rival LSU (5-3) in Tuscaloosa.
Earlier, No. 2 Indiana (10-0) very narrowly kept its perfect record intact to kick off Week 11, escaping Penn State (3-6) in the game’s final seconds. Elsewhere, No. 9 Texas Tech (9-1) crushed No. 8 BYU (8-1) in a massive Big 12 tilt that gave the Cougars their first loss this season. With the win, the Red Raiders are 9-1 or better for just the second time since 2000 and earned their first win against an AP top 10 opponent since 2012.
Meanwhile, No. 6 Oregon (8-1) barely escaped an upset in a Big Ten showdown against Iowa (6-3) that came down to the final few seconds, No. 3 Texas A&M (9-0) took care of business against SEC foe No. 19 Missouri (6-3) and Wisconsin (3-6) took down No. 23 Washington (6-3) in a stunning turn of events at Camp Randall Stadium.
