One of the NFL’s most competitive divisions takes center stage on “America’s Game of the Week” this Sunday.

The Rams (6-2) and 49ers (6-3) battle in San Francisco in an NFC West battle that could determine the division later this. San Francisco took the first matchup between the two teams in October, getting an upset road win in overtime. So, the pressure is on for Los Angeles to win on Sunday to avoid losing the tiebreaker to San Francisco.

Luckily for the Rams, they’ve been one of the hottest teams in football and haven’t lost a game since that Week 5 battle. Matthew Stafford has emerged as an MVP candidate, and Puka Nacua is back in the fold to possibly resurrect his Offensive Player of the Year campaign.

As for the 49ers, they haven’t had starting quarterback Brock Purdy for most of the year. But it hasn’t mattered as Mac Jones has gone 5-2 this year, throwing for 342 yards in the 49ers’ win over the Rams earlier this season.
