Oklahomans with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits should begin receiving partial payments in the next 24 hours, the state announced on Monday. The Oklahoma Department of Human Services announced that it has completed required system work to deliver benefits to eligible households as quickly as possible. Those households should see benefits by Tuesday, according to a news release. This came after guidance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The partial SNAP benefit payments are determined by the USDA. Amounts issued will vary based on federal guidance, and some recipients may not receive any partial payments due to eligibility restrictions.
