Britney Spears made an unexpected appearance at Kim Kardashian’s Hidden Hills home on Friday night, joining Kim, Khloé Kardashian and her longtime manager Cade Hudson for what appeared to be an intimate, low-key sleepover. The group was seen relaxing together in photos shared on Kim’s Instagram Stories, which quickly circulated across entertainment outlets
According to Page Six, Kim posted two images from the night: the first showed Spears sticking her tongue out playfully while Kim posed beside her with the caption “Calabasas nights.”

The second photo, taken by Hudson, featured all four sitting side-by-side on a bed illuminated by a bright pink mood light. Spears wore a yellow-and-white outfit, Kim appeared in a black robe and Khloé opted for festive, Christmas-themed pajamas.

The photos give a rare look at Spears spending time with the Kardashian sisters in a casual setting. Neither representatives for Spears nor the Kardashians responded to requests for comment following the release of the images, Page Six reports.
Though the sleepover may have seemed spontaneous, Spears and Kim Kardashian have known each other for more than a decade. The two first crossed paths in the early 2000s through Los Angeles’ social circuit and were photographed together at a 2012 Grammy Awards event. Their long-standing connection resurfaced in 2021 when Kim publicly expressed support for Spears following the release of the documentary Framing Britney Spears.
According to Good Morning America, Kim wrote on Instagram at the time that she felt “a lot of empathy” for Spears, adding that “the way the media played a big role in her life the way it did can be very traumatizing” and that “no one deserves to be treated with such cruelty or judgment for entertainment.”
Coverage from that period also reported that Kim privately reached out to Spears during her conservatorship battle. Closer reported in 2021 that Kim expressed willingness to help wherever possible, though neither Spears nor Kim publicly confirmed those accounts. Spears’ conservatorship was officially terminated in November 2021 after 13 years.
Also joining the sleepover was Cade Hudson, who has been a familiar presence in Spears’ life for many years. Various outlets including Hollywood Life have documented Hudson’s long friendship with the singer, noting that he frequently appears in her public and social-media life and became her manager following the end of her conservatorship. His appearance in the group photos aligns with his ongoing role as one of Spears’ closest confidants.
The timing of the sleepover also follows Spears’ recent return to Instagram earlier this month, after briefly deactivating her account. As noted by Page Six, Spears reappeared days later with posts about setting personal boundaries. While there is no indication that the sleepover was connected to her social-media decisions, the photos mark one of Spears’ first public-facing appearances since reinstating her account.
For the Kardashians, the evening adds another unexpected crossover moment to their already high-profile social circle. And for Spears, the images offer a rare glimpse at a relaxed night in with longtime friends, one documented not by paparazzi or publicists, but by Kim’s own camera roll.
