WNBA fans were outraged after a fan exposed American radio show host Angela Yee’s fake post about Angel Reese. The host of the “Way Up” radio show posted a quote from Reese that Reese never said.
On her Facebook page, Yee said that Reese claimed to be the most beautiful woman since Marilyn Monroe.
Reacting to the post, a fan slammed Yee for posting fake news about Angel Reese just for engagement.
“Just like with RG3, y’all do not need to be actually reposting BS and blowing it up to draw more attention to nasty narratives.”

One fan brutally called the radio personality an irrelevant person and exposed the fake news about the WNBA star.

A fan who held Yee in high regard was disappointed in her actions.

Angel Reese former LSU teammate stuns with comments about Angel Reese
Despite being No. 2 in the 2020 high school class, Angel Reese didn’t gain much fame until she arrived at LSU. Reese broke to the stage in her third year, after transferring from Maryland, and led LSU to the title in 2023.
Reese is not the one to be quiet when she feels like speaking her mind. According to her LSU teammate, Last-Tear Pao, Reese has the same attitude on the basketball court.
“I might get a lot of hate for this. But to me, she is one of the reasons — actually, the main reason — why women’s basketball changed… Because of how she spoke out about a certain situation,” Last-Tear Pao said.
Pao held back her emotions and claimed that, as a teammate, Angel Reese taught her a big lesson.
“I’ve always said the crown is heavy, but she wore that crown to the top.”
“Holding people accountable. That was the one thing I would know for sure: She would hold people accountable. In a game, you stuffed it up, or did something, she’ll tell you how it is. … she taught me how to be accountable,” Poa added.
Pao, who moved to Arizona State after the 2024-25 season, also expressed her desire to play with Reese in the future.
