Norton Rose Fulbright’s Austin office has been recognized as a 2025 “Top Workplace” in Greater Austin for the fourth consecutive year. The office ranked ninth among the 55 large workplaces included on this year’s list and is the only law firm listed among large employers.
Published by the Austin-American Statesman, the annual “Top Workplaces” list is selected through Energage’s confidential job satisfaction survey measuring the firm’s culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and other factors. More than 700 of the firm’s US personnel responded to the survey.
“We are proud to be named a ‘top workplace’ in Austin for the fourth year in a row. We work hard to take our clients’ legal needs very, very seriously—while not taking ourselves too seriously. This recognition is a testament to the talent and character of the exceptional people we have the privilege of calling our colleagues,” said Paul Trahan, Partner-in-Charge of the Austin office.
Norton Rose Fulbright’s Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and New York offices were also selected as 2025 “Top Workplaces.” Energage, which oversees the “Top Workplaces” program, has surveyed 27 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception in 2006.
