Kody Brown no longer has long locks!
On Tuesday, November 18, the Sister Wives star, 56, debuted a major hair transformation as he appeared on Good Day New York to discuss his journey on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test ahead of the season finale.
The reality TV personality traded his long curls, including his signature two-front sections, for a much shorter hairdo with shaved sides.
Kody reflected on his hair throughout the FOX reality show, admitting it wasn’t the best look.
“I’m surprised they didn’t pull me out [of the show] because of that hair! Did you see that hair? My hair was problematic,” he joked. “They’re not gonna let me win with that hairdo.”

Meanwhile, the father of 18 also revealed in the interview that he didn’t have the best hygiene during the competition series.
“I didn’t know we were gonna have a shower, so I didn’t take deodorant. My peers started saying, ‘Hey, Kody, you kind of smell,’” he recounted. ”’Hey, [co-star] Andrew East, have you got some deodorant, buddy? Would you share?’”
As Star previously reported, Kody also changed his facial hair recently, shaving his mustache on the Sunday, November 16 episode of Sister Wives so wife Robyn Brown would be more comfortable kissing him.
“Promise me we’re going to make out like teenagers. And I promise you that [it] won’t bother me a bit,” he told Robyn, 47, before using a razor to buzz off his ‘stache.
“So much better, Oh, my goodness,” Robyn gushed in her confessional. “That’s like, ‘Yeah, let’s just make out. That’ll be great.’”
