A Rhode Island man is facing charges after being accused of breaking into a firearms school in Holliston.

The Middlesex District Attorney and police announced two people were arrested and charged in connection with a break-in at the Mass Firearms School in October.

Police identified the pair as 18-year-old Jason Liberis of Oxford, and 18-year-old Bryan Ayala Perez of Johnston.

Officers said on Thursday, Oct. 30 at approximately 11:19 p.m.. police responded to Kuniholm Drive for a report of a breaking and entering in progress.

Surveillance from inside the building showed three people on scene, with two inside the store.

According to the footage, two semi-automatic rifles were stolen before fleeing in a four-door sedan.

Investigators said Liberis and Ayala Perez left in a car that was stolen from the parking lot of a convenience store in Johnston.

Police said Liberis was arraigned and ordered held pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Monday, Nov. 24.

Ayala Perez was arrested in Florida, and will be arraigned subject to extradition to Massachusetts.

Both were charged with breaking and entering, breaking and entering from a firearms dealer, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of a large capacity weapon and conspiracy.

Police said the firearms have not been recovered.
