A shooting occurred at the city of Concord’s annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, according to city officials.Authorities said the shooting occurred on Friday, just before 7:30 p.m. on Union Street South, near the intersection with Corban Avenue. The remainder of the event was canceled.According to city officials, four people were shot.
