AC Milan may be forced to change the team a little this weekend, after some injury news that has emerged from training.
After the win against Inter, Milan are flying and will hope to extend their run of positive form with a good result this weekend against Lazio. However, they have suffered a blow in today’s training session.

According to MilanNews, Alexis Saelemaekers and Christian Pulisic both suffered ‘minor’ injuries during today’s work. Whilst they worked with the group for the majority of the session, the causes of the injuries are unknown.
For Pulisic, a ‘mild muscle strain’ was reported, whilst the Belgian reported that he was suffering from a back problem. However, the initial reaction from Milanello does not seem to be one of concern, at least not for now.

In the coming days, we will find out more about the situation, but hopefully, neither are real issues, but rather slight pains that do not affect their presence against the Laziali this weekend.
Pulisic and Saelemaekers have been two of the Rossoneri’s most important players so far this season, and with coverage low in both areas, Massimiliano Allegri will hope that neither is set to spend any time on the sidelines.
