Tarik Skubal is having some fun as trade rumors swirl around him.
Following the Thanksgiving halftime show by Eminem and Jack White during the Lions-Packers game Thursday, the Tigers ace took to X in what could be a rather revealing post.
“Goosebumps…@Eminem @jackwhite You guys available April 3rd?” he wrote, along with a tiger emoji.
The 29-year-old’s offseason has been filled with trade speculation, which he previously admitted was “hard” to ignore on social media.
However, it seems his focus is on the Tigers’ home opener on April 3, 2026 against the Cardinals.

The two-time All-Star has one year left on his contract before becoming a free agent.
During a “Foul Territory” appearances on Nov. 20, Skubal expressed his desire to remain in Detroitt.
However, The Post’s Jon Heyman previously reported there was a $250 million gap in talks.

“At the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter,” Skubal said. “It’s not going to impact who I am on a day-to-day basis. It’s not going to impact the way I work out or the way I’m going to throw and prepare to get my body ready to go for another season.
“It’s all out of my control. … It’s not like I want to be traded, so it’s kind of like, why am I in these conversations to begin with?”
Should Detroit trade Skubal, the Mets, who are in need of starters next season, have emerged as a destination option for the southpaw.
The back-to-back AL Cy Young award winner held an American League-best 2.21 ERA with 241 strikeout across 31 starts this past season.
