Martin O’Neill is set to take charge of Celtic for the final time this weekend against Hibernian.

Celtic recorded a famous 3-1 win against Feyenoord on Thursday night and spirits are high among the Bhoys.

There is still work to do in the league; however, with Hearts currently leading the pack.

O’Neill will want to end his second stint on a high before Wilfried Nancy’s expected takeover, and will have one selection decision to make ahead of the trip to Easter Road.

Eyebrows were raised before kick off when the starting XI confirmed that Luke McCowan would be playing on the right wing.

McCowan has never played there before but gave a good account of himself, with O’Neill explaining that he wanted him to play an inverted winger role.

He was replaced by Benjamin Nygren, who came off the bench to seal the win for the Hoops.

With Celtic expected to have a lot more of the ball this weekend, Nygren can come into the side and offer an extra attacking outlet.

Aside from swapping McCowan out for Nygren, there is really no need for Celtic to change what isn’t broken.

Hyunjun Yang and Reo Hatate both excelled in Rotterdam and young Colby Donovan showed why he should be ahead of Anthony Ralston in the pecking order.

Injury concerns should be the only reason why there may be changes. Based on previous selections, that would mean Kieran Tierney drops out for Marcelo Saracchi.
