Elliott International has submitted plans for what could be Tampa’s tallest building yet, soaring 740 feet high. The project, Elliott Towers, would measure 70 stories above grade, offering luxury residential, retail, and commercial aspects. Here’s what could lie ahead.

The first two floors of Elliott Towers would host various retail venues and the building’s lobby. From there, eight to 10 floors would serve as office space, while another 10 to 15 floors would serve as condo-hotel units. An additional 39 floors will host the building’s residences.

According to Floridian Development, the project would host 120 units: 118 ultra-luxury condos and two penthouses. Residents would have access to various on-site amenities, including a fitness center, rooftop infinity pool, and ballroom. The smallest units are currently priced at $1.05 million.

In addition to the residential aspect, plans at Elliott Towers call for more than half-a-million square feet of Class A office space, ground-floor restaurants, and 1,200 parking spots – available to both residents and visitors.

Many things must fall into place for Elliott Towers to move forward. For starters, Elliott International must first secure the proposed build site from its current owner, CW Kress LLC, which purchased the block-wide site in 2017. The developer must also get various approvals and permits before the start of construction, although it has already received the green light from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

If approved, Elliott Towers would comprise 801, 805, 807, 811, and 815 North Franklin Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602, in Hillsborough County.
