Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday alerted dictionaries of his new word to diagnose President Donald Trump. (Watch the video below.)
The “Tonight Show” host roasted the president’s frenetic Truth Social spree, counting more than 160 posts from the night before.
“This morning, Trump’s thumbs were as swollen as his ankles,” Fallon said.
“OMG, I’ve got cankle ― I got thankles,” Fallon said in his Trump voice.

“I got thankles.”
“That’s a new word. Webster’s Dictionary, Oxford, if you’re listening, ’thankles’ is a new word,” Fallon continued.
Trump has reportedly been suffering from swollen ankles ― or cankles ― because of chronic venous insufficiency, according to the White House back in July.
As for his “thankles,” observers will have to keep an eye out for swelling on the president’s hitchhiking digits.
And while they’re at it, they might as well check on the status of his hand bruise as well.
