Striking photos of Lady Gaga, Robert Redford and Prince are among those being auctioned off as part of Milk Studios’ PHOTO25.
The photo of Lady Gaga was snapped by Tyler Curtis during an appearance at Chicago’s Manor Nightclub in 2008. Titled “Disco Stick,” the photo’s opening bid is $800.
Proceeds of the auction benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood.

Greg Gorman
The image of Redford was taken by Greg Gorman at Sydney Pollack’s home for Time magazine in 1986.
Randee St. Nicholas captured Prince sleeping on a train in Japan in 1992. The musician had flown St. Nicholas to Kyoto for a shoot, but her trip came to an abrupt halt when Prince’s managers arranged for her to leave in the middle of the night because they were over budget.

Bids are currently open at artsy.net with a VIP viewing of the lot set for Dec. 9 at Milk Studios LA in Los Angeles. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the live auction taking place at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at givebutter.com.
The auction also includes photos of Dolly Parton, David Bowie, Dennis Hopper, Divine, David Lynch, Deborah Harry and David Hockney. A black-and-white shot captured Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta on the set of “Grease” is also available.
The PHOTO auction series launched almost a decade ago. Proceeds have previously gone to STORIES: The Foundation for the AIDS Monument and Project Angel Food.
